After a successful payment
As soon as Razorpay confirms a captured payment and our server verifies it, your download page becomes available. Payment authorisation alone is not confirmation. Some payments or network interruptions take longer to confirm; do not make a duplicate payment while a debit is being checked.
No email required
We ask only for your name and 10-digit phone number at checkout. No automatic email or SMS receipt or download link is sent. Download the PDF after payment and keep your order/payment reference. If you leave before downloading, return using the same browser.
Returning later
On the same browser, an essential encrypted cookie remembers access for up to one year and shows a download option below the menu after payment. Clearing browser data, using private mode, switching browsers, or changing devices removes that local recognition. Your purchase remains on our server. Contact support with your order/payment reference and checkout phone number; we verify payment and identity before providing a secure restoration link.
Save and use your copy
This planner is for print use only. Download and save the PDF to your device. Keep your order/payment reference. Print on A4 paper at 100% scale and fill in the pages by hand. Re-download access is provided while the store and purchase record remain available; no indefinite hosting guarantee is made.
If delivery fails
Contact support with your checkout phone number and payment/order reference if no download appears after payment. We will verify the payment, restore access, or provide a remedy under the refund policy and applicable law.
