Terms of use

A simple agreement for a simple product.

These terms apply when you buy a digital planner from the seller identified below. Read the edition details, preview, delivery and refund policy before choosing to pay. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a contract under Indian law.

What you are buying

You buy a personal-use licence to the PDF edition shown at checkout, for the price displayed in INR, including applicable taxes. This is a downloadable digital product, not a physical notebook, subscription, coaching service or app. Dates, page count and price are displayed before payment. Later editions are separate purchases unless expressly included in your order.

Using your planner

You may download, keep personal backups, and print and fill in copies by hand for your own use. You may not resell, publicly distribute, share paid access links, claim authorship, or upload the file to a public drive. Ownership and intellectual property remain with the rights holder. This licence does not limit statutory exceptions.

Payment and delivery

Razorpay processes payments. Downloads become available after captured payment is verified on our server. Only your name and phone number are requested at checkout. Save your order/payment reference and PDF. Keep browser cookies and any support-issued recovery links private. A browser access cookie is used as explained in the Privacy Policy. Incorrect, failed or unconfirmed payments do not grant access.

Compatibility and expectations

This planner is for print use only. Print on A4 paper at 100% scale and fill in the pages by hand. The fixed labels are bilingual. This planner is a personal organisation tool; outcomes depend on your use and are not guaranteed. It is not medical or professional advice.

Changes, interruptions and legal rights

Prices and future product editions may change. Confirmed orders keep their purchased file and price. If delivery is interrupted, contact us for restoration or an applicable remedy. We do not exclude liability or consumer remedies that cannot be excluded by law, including for deficient services or misrepresentation.

Governing law and complaints

Indian law applies. Contact the grievance officer first so we can help. Nothing here restricts your right to approach a competent consumer commission, regulator, or court with jurisdiction, including any forum available where you reside. See the Cancellation & refunds policy for remedies.

Seller & grievance contact

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month. These policies do not exclude any rights or remedies available under applicable Indian law.
